كل ملف يمر على نموذج خصوصية يكشف بيانات المرضى في الأعمدة وفي النصوص الحرة ويحجبها. اللي ينحفظ هو معلومات المطالبة فقط: الرموز والمبالغ والتواريخ والتأمين.Every file passes through a privacy model that finds patient data in columns and in free text and blocks it. Only claim information is saved: codes, amounts, dates and insurer.
الملف الأصلي ينتظر في منطقة مشفّرة ما يقدر أحد في sovrn يفتحها. الفلتر وحده يقرأه، وبعد ما تنحفظ النسخة النظيفة نحذف الأصل.The original waits in an encrypted area no one at sovrn can open. Only the filter reads it, and once the clean copy is saved the original is deleted.

Each patient becomes a random code, so repeat visits can be linked without knowing who they are. Anything the model isn't sure about is blocked, not kept.
