شروط معالجة البيانات

  • المنشأة مالكة البيانات. sovrn تعالجها نيابة عنها.
  • الغرض الوحيد: تدقيق المطالبات المرفوضة.
  • البيانات تبقى داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • الملف الأصلي يبقى مشفّراً حتى تُستخرج النسخة النظيفة، ثم يُحذف. النسخة النظيفة ما فيها بيانات تعريف المرضى.
  • النسخة النظيفة تُحذف بعد ٣٠ يوم من اجتماع النتائج، إلا إذا اتفقنا على غير ذلك.

Data processing terms

  • The facility owns the data. sovrn processes it on the facility's behalf.
  • The only purpose is the claim refusal audit.
  • The data stays inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The original file stays encrypted until the clean copy is made, then it is deleted. The clean copy has no patient identifiers.
  • The clean copy is deleted 30 days after the results meeting, unless we agree otherwise.
